There are a number of Marina companies in Jeddah. Boats and water scooters are available on rent and sale. Some of the rates are as follows:
Boats: 300 SAR per hour with driver
Fishing trip of 10 hours: 1000 SAR per hour
Water scooter: 400~500 SAR per hour
Water scooter sale: 35000 ~65000 SAR
Scuba diving gears are also available.
Suggested companies: Al Ahlam Marina (their water scooters are in very good condition)
If you don't know swimming, no problem for water scooter driving. Use life jackets that are available free of charge. For scuba diving, you will need to get a license. Contact local divers shops such as Red Sea Divers on Olaya street, Riyadh.
For hotels, Al Bilad is a good choice. For 285 SAR + 15% service charge, its service is good and breakfast is included. Al Bilad is on corniche and 10km away from marinas.
